Chapter 1 -

Prologue

Lands of Tckia was the third or fourth RP game in history, depending on whether you consider RP Wars 2 to be a game (See the book on that for more information) or not.
RP Wars, by TheLoyalHorse, had been the birth of RPs, and had died for a long time ago now. RP Wars 2 was made in an attempt to revive it, but failed. After a long period of time where no games were made (or the "Dark Ages")
SenorConejo would finally break it by making a new game called Kingdoms, which branched off of the ideas of RP Wars and made them better. And it worked, people played it, but the concept didn't really expand.
Apart from the early games that UK_Countryball and UltraCraftGames made, which would be left in obscurity, no other games directly came out of Kingdoms at this point. PL_ADI's early games are disputed to be in the Early Boom, but may be just a direct branch from
Kingdoms aswell.

Whatever the case, not many games were being made. RPs were very far from the point when they truly blew up.

Then, Senor went inactive.

Chapter 2 -

Birth of Tckia

The inactivity lasted for a week, but considering that the players on Kingdoms at the time (thecoolkid26, surrenderfire, and Bloxhead7 (who was inactive))
weren't doing much else, it did cause some sort of panic. In response to this, thecoolkid26 decided to make his first ever game, his second attempt since RP Wars 2.

The Lands of Tckia was like Kingdoms, but with some differences.
It would be the very first 8 player game, doubling the size of RP Wars' and Kingdoms' 4 players. Instead of just having 4 corners, each with countries, there would be 4 more countries in between them.
Additionally, each country would have a storyline. For example, one of the corners was a small group of hunters who were rebelling from a much larger Kingdom that owned them, and another corner had a small civilization in the mountains, which prophesized that
something dangerous would happen after one of their scouts fell in the river and drifted away.

All 8 spots would be filled, and the game would be played for several turns.
Chapter 3 -

Life and Death

The group of hunters would successfully mount a rebellion, while other kingdoms would develop to be bigger and better. The game was doing alright.
The events climaxed into a war between an AI kingdom that previously controlled the group of hunters, called the Kingdom of Solaria, and allied with another player, against the hunters and a kingdom in the prairie.
Suddenly, as a prank, SenorConejo set the entire world to air and timed out before he c ould undo it.

Lands of Tckia died, abruptly and suddenly. Senor was tempbanned for almost a month. And, that was it. Nothing else would happen.
Chapter 4 -

Aftermath

After its sudden death, former players of the game would go on to make their own RPs. This led to the first ever boom of RPs, known as the Early Boom.
After SenorConejo was unbanned during late May, Kingdoms Season 1 was officially declared over, and he'd develop Kingdoms S2 using ideas from Lands of Tckia to further improve Kingdoms.
thecoolkid26 would go on to make a Lands of Tckia 2, which would be halted for over a year as of the time of this writing. (See the book on it for more information)

And, that was it.

The Early Boom would be the most important event that Lands of Tckia would cause. It became a bridge between the old, pre-Afterlife times and a new stage of popularity for RPs that would make it known server-wide.
Now, the forgotten Lands of Tckia, the only game on DF to have died by being outright destroyed, has at least some legacy in it. Now, it is gone. Yet, Lands of Tckia 2 remains alive, just never started. It is the oldest game that is still around for viewing.
Perhaps it may return? Who knows.

We'll have to wait and see.
