Rulecon 1 was an event organized on 20/3/22. (YMD) It's main concern was to establish hardline rules that the server would follow. The rules that this conference would set would have a few minor enforcements, but not be fully put to use until the Blox vs. Ultra trial.
Needless to say, this conference was very important, as it updated the very outdated rules that were at /warp rules (which are no longer there anymore) and set real boundaries that if crossed, would have defined punishments.
