Chapter 1 -

Background

To understand the circumstances behind the conversation, it is best to know who the two people behind it were.

Kcolyz was an unranked player on DiamondFire.
He had been on the server for a while now, learning how it worked, and being a semi-active member of the community, with taking occasional breaks from the server. He had helped thecoolkid26 with the Stone Library, a library that grew to have 300 books from players all over the 
server. By the time this conversation had taken place, Kcolyz had been barely known across the server, and was by no means a well-known player.

TheLoyalHorse, by contrast, was everything Kcolyz was not.
He was an Overlord (the highest rank on the server), a Moderator, and a very well-known player on DF. He had been in the community for a long time by now, and definitely had popularity amongst the players on this server.
Unranked players could only get one basic-sized plot, and Overlords definitely have many more on their disposal from all sizes. This meant that Kcolyz would be limited by size and one plot in making his games, and his lack of popularity would mean that his plot would most likely not be
given much attention. In a time where plot ads didn't exist, it would've been extremely difficult for Kcolyz to popularize any game or idea he had.

TheLoyalHorse could do everything that he couldn't. So, we can infer this is why Kcolyz approached
him out of all people. 

Kcolyz had been a player of war games in the past, and it is possible that games such as the Battle of Polytopia inspired his new idea. With no way to expand it, it would be given to TheLoyalHorse, in the hopes that he'd use the idea.
Chapter 2 -

The Actual Event

Nobody really knows what exactly was said in that discussion. Today, Kcolyz has long quit DiamondFire and deleted his Discord account, leaving no trace that he had ever been on the server.
TheLoyalHorse, on the other hand, is not as active anymore and most likely would not remember what happened. This was about two years ago, and he'd go on to no longer care about RPs after his only game, RP Wars, died out.
We can only infer what was generally stated.

As TheLoyalHorse did credit Kcolyz for the idea, it is possible that Kcolyz approached him first with the idea. What exactly was said was most likely a general idea of what RP Wars became.
A manually hosted game, in a medieval setting, where players could expand and fight. Perhaps he gave some of the ideas for systems to TheLoyalHorse, or maybe Horse made it himself.

And, that was the end of it.
Chapter 3 -

Legacy

This was a very uneventful day in the history of RPs. Yet, it may have been one of the most important ones. Without RP Wars, none of this would've started.
Without this conversation, RP Wars wouldn't have started. So, indirectly, this conversation led to RP history being made.

This also gives Kcolyz and TheLoyalHorse the title of the Fathers of RP Games.
